Your first step inside Verde sets the tone for the experience ahead — calm, intentional, restorative.

The Recovery Lounge is a thoughtfully designed wellness space where guests can unwind, recharge, and reset before or after treatments. This co-ed environment features sauna and cold plunge facilities that support circulation, muscle recovery, and overall well-being.

Access is complimentary for Guesthouse hotel guests.

Contrast therapy combines heat and cold exposure to support muscle recovery, circulation, and overall well-being. Guests are encouraged to move between the sauna and cold plunges at their own pace for a restorative, energizing experience.

Finnish Hot Sauna
A traditional red-cedar sauna accommodating up to 10 guests, reaching temperatures of up to 190°F.

Cold Plunge Therapy
High-immersion cold plunges maintained between 46°F and 56°F to support muscle recovery and reduce inflammation.

In addition to the Recovery Lounge, Spa & Wellness at Guesthouse offers a curated selection of appointment-based spa services designed to support recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being. Services are available to hotel guests and La Valle Coastal Club members and may be booked through the Front Desk or Spa Desk.

Booking & Access

Spa services may be booked through the Front Desk or Spa Desk or by calling (858) 759-5448. Online booking is not currently available.

Hotel guests may book spa services up to 30 days in advance. Advance reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends and peak travel dates.

At this time, there is no formal cancellation policy in effect.

Public Access:
Non-hotel guests and non-members are currently limited to massage and facial services only.

Yes. Complimentary day-use lockers are available for all guests. Please note that lockers do not have keys.

Yes. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you rinse off before entering the cold plunge to maintain water quality.

Guests must be at least 16 years old to access the spa facilities and services.

We encourage hotel guests to arrive at Verde wearing the plush robe provided in their guestroom. It allows you to transition seamlessly from your room to your treatment and enhances your overall relaxation experience.
